GoPort or Uber?

Hello,

We have reserved GoPort for our upcoming cruise with pickup at 9:30am Friday morning, March 25th. I am having second thoughts regarding the shuttle only because we are concierge and can arrive at port 10:15 or so to begin the process of testing and boarding. Recent posts have stated that you arrive at port around 11am with GoPort so is it worth it to Uber for the additional 45 minutes to begin boarding process in your opinion? Is it hard to secure an Uber from the Gateway Village area on a Friday morning? Any insights you can provide will be most helpful!

My parents had a rotten experience with Go Port Canaveral the one time they had paid for it. The shuttle never showed up and they ended up in an Uber and were almost the last people on the ship because the shuttle never showed. I would not trust that company at all.
