Has anyone had any luck using this? I can dial, and the number picks up, but the voice on the other end of the phone is always distorted, like it's a whole heap of beeps in different tones...

Yes I have used it multiple times successfully! Perhaps its your microphone on your computer? or speakers? Sorry I'm not the most technologically advanced person...

It could be, but the first split second is clear before it turns to beeps. Plus I tried it with my head phones and the same thing happened.

There doesn't seem to be anything about it when I search for help on the topic either... Did you upgrade your account first?
