I've got some Virtual Real Estate to unload. Posted offers to this thread are preferred over PMs.

Properties up for sale:

• 1x Pirate Prison Room ("Cannon Room") - Originally exclusive to Classic Pirate Quest in-park tourist, this property is now available to anyone lucky enough to find it randomly inserted into one of the VMK Pin Set mystery boxes. The room appears to be below deck of a burned out pirate ship, and there's a brig full of skeletons that could do with a cleaning. This fixer-upper is a must for those of the nautical persuasion.
  * I'm down to my last code, get it while it's hot.

• Pirate Fortess Room ("Town Square") - Featuring brilliant fire and cannon affects, this replica of the Tortuga Town Square is a fine place to hold your pirate plunder or to locate your Well chair for some Mayor-dunking. Don't be a cheeken - Buy this lot today!
  Free Well Chair included with room on request.

• 4x High School Musical Room ("Gym") - This large facility is perfect for some B-ball or your school's singing prodution. On a more practical note, the local zoning laws and big floor space allow perfectly for abundant trade shops or storage.
  HSM Piano Benches are available for an additional fee.

Now, I do not have much, but I recently struck it big in the Dot Com Boom. I now own a Racing Consortium, backer to a number of race car drivers.

I might be interested in your 50th Set or Full Kali for one of my HSM Rooms, but I'm sorry, there's nothing in your signature that I'd trade for either of the Pirate Rooms. I'm not sure when the shorts were originally released, I think in 2005. I can say they were not released during Halloween 2006 with the yellow version. The item I'm looking for would be entitled Explorer's Shorts Green. I would love to accept those for any of my rooms. Which "property" were you interested in?

I believe the property you're interested in is the Pirate Fortresss, Town Square. Unfortunately I've only got one of those and I've already accepted sleepingbeautymama's offer. Also, I'm not too keen on Shopping Sprees, I would rather have the cash I think. But stay tuned. If the deal falls through with sleepingbeautymama then I may change my mind. Thanks.
