I'm sorry you also have recently felt let down by Goofy's. Besides Goofy, I did see for just a minute Minnie across the room in another section (she never came over to where I was). Pooh and possibly also Pluto came by and that was about it! Once they were gone, they were gone, too! As I said not too continuous a character experience.

When we were at Goofy's in August 2016, Minnie, Chip and Dale, and Pluto came by the table. And of course the photo op with Goofy when we entered.

Could someone tell me about the parade at Goofy's? I am asking in general and also to find out if it is real loud. I do have noise issues.

The "parade" is not a big deal. The characters parade through the dining room ... I don't remember it being loud but I don't have noise issues. DD16 *does* have noise issues and it didn't bother her. At any rate, they only come by your table in the parade for a few seconds as they are basically just passing through. It's not like the parades in the parks where they stand there for 5 minutes at a time with music playing.
