I want to do the character breakfast on the morning that we leave. Just want to make sure i dont need any kind of ticket or to be a guest at the hotel to eat there?

Anyone can eat there.
I am not sure about the crepes. I don't remember seeing any last time I was there. But there are a lot of tasty things.

We are doing the same thing as OP only eating at Surf's Up with Mickey. He is my fave. Last year, we did a trip to SW and Lego with a stop to PPH for this breakfast just so I had my Disney fix. Breakfast and a shopping trip to DD.

Depending on the season and the time you want to eat, Priority Seating is often a good idea. Just call Disney Dining and they'll set you up.

We've never done breakfast at Goofy's, so can't help you on the crepes. Sorry!

They have had bananas foster crepes at some point in the past. I think the Dining Reviews/photos thread has a picture of them if you look through it. I'm not sure if they are still there, but will keep my fingers crossed for you!!

We're doing GK breakfast on our last day, right before we drive home again..

I think I saw crepes there when we ate there in January. Not sure, though, but the food overall was really good. Way too much to have to choose from - I don't have a very large stomach capacity, unfortunately.
