I've read some older threads about these breakfasts but now it's coming down to the wire and we go in a few weeks.
We are going to do a character breakfast on Saturday-the day we are NOT going to the park (which leaves out Minnie's bfast).
My kids aren't into Lilo/Stitch so that's why we're not going that route.
I'm looking for some more recent (last 60 days or so) feedback on either of these breakfast experiences:
-quality of food (important to DH for $$ we're paying)
-time w/ characters
-variety of characters

I know I can use the AAA discount for Goofy's, how about Storytellers?

You can see my kids ages in my sig if that matters.
I'll be calling for preferred seating this week.
thanks!!

I have posted before about our experience......we went to Goofy's on 1/31 for breakfast and had interaction, autographs and pictures with all 7 characters there. My son is 5 years old and this was one of his favorite times on our trip. He wanted to go again!!
The food was just fine. The only thing we did not like was that the Mickey waffle was a little hard but besides that the fruit selection was great, there were even lunch items at breakfast. This was our first and only character breakfast experience and we will be doing it again when we go next Jan. again too.

Another vote for Goofy's.
I say that because you have young children. The character interaction and the fun kids have is the best I have seen at any of the breakfasts (I have been to all but Minnie's in DL). We personally prefer Storyteller's, but our baby girl is 20:cutie: and the food there is more sophisticated and the experience is more grown up. In fact, Goofy's is soooo fun, you may have trouble getting your little ones settled down enough to eat! It is the only place I have seen one of my favorite characters - Baloo. And a spiel we witnessed between Alice and the Mad Hatter was hysterical and had us in stitches. Have a great trip:)

I've never been to Storyteller's so I can't comment on that but my kids love Goofy's. they like to bang the fake pots and pans and get up and dance with the characters. They also think it's silly some of the food Goofy provides at his buffet!

While the food at Storyteller's was great on our trip, I do think you will get more character interaction and more recognizable characters for kids that are your kids age at Goofys. I don't think the food will be as good, but it will be fine.

Although the food at Storyteller's is quiet good, I'm not too sure we'll be going back as it is our least favorite character meal at the park. We've never done Plaza Inn though. The last time we went in Aug, service was not great. We repeatedly had to ask our server for things like more water, more cream, more coffee. The character interaction was okay although not as boisterous as Goofy's. So here's a vote for Goofy's. We enjoy Goofy's a lot although we usually do dinner instead of breakfast.
