Goofy's Kitchen deal?

First time I'm really considering this....

For GAT and Ares, where do you pick up the vouchers?

Is the purchase immediate? Order online, print out a voucher, that's it? Or is there a waiting period before an email is sent?

Gotta call disney dining, find out how much Minnie's will be next Monday, to compare properly...

When we ordered AAA vouchers, we were staying onsite and were able to get the actual tickets (printed the vouchers at home) at the hotel desk. Otherwise, you go to Guest Services with the printed vouchers. I think all of the sites have you print them at home now unless you request otherwise, but I'm not sure.

Disney Dining quoted me 23.99/adult and 11.99/child for this coming Monday. She said that is just the cost, and tax and tip are on top of that. Does that sound correct?

Making sure I'm starting from the right place in calculations.

Yes, it sounds right for Minnie's BREAKFAST.

$23.99+8% tax ($1.92)+18% tip ($4.66) is $30.57. The vouchers I *think* are $30-32, sometimes with fees on top of that (ARES has a $5 fee!).

Thanks for callin' Bumbershoot! Now I know it might be a pinch cheaper to go directly through Disney Dining! :goodvibes

And remember that if you don't have the vouchers, you can use an ap or AAA card for a good discount.

Oh how funny. Looks like you are going the same time we are. We are going to the TOT party on 10/31 and doing the haunts tour on the 26th.

We will be at the TOT party on 10/30. Staying at HOJOs until Sunday 11/1.

Even smaller world.....I am not far from you either. Give a shout out to Atwater! :lmao:

DH has family in Atwater.

I am thinking of taking my son. I don't eat much so it's hard to justify the cost. Having frugal in your bones stinks sometimes.

Think of it as spending money to have quality one on one time with the characters. When we went on our travel home day, we had a 9:30 am seating. By the time we were done, we were practically the only people in there and had the characters to ourselves. Most everyone else got in there early and then hit the parks.

Oh ya you aren't to far away either. But you are a few miles closer to Disneyland. :rotfl2:
I might be a few miles closer but you are going to DL sooner than me! :)

I'll say hi to DH's family! :) Atwater has that small town feel but it's bigger than it used to be.

Do you know what the discount is? We are thinking about going for breakfast at Goofy's the morning we leave.

With a deluxe ap it's 10%, which I think is what it is with AAA as well. I don't know about with a premium ap.
