No, the new version has not opened yet. I would imagine it will just be a larger version of what's there now.

From what I've read, the new candy store is supposed to be a mad scientist dream come true - in candy! For as much as I'll miss the home store, and seeing as I don't need more cavities, I mean sugar, it will be neat to see when it opens.
