Does anyone know if the create your own treats are on the DDP as a snack credit?

Did you check the 2014 Confirmed Snack Credits sticky thread? It's well-maintained and as current as possible.

Yes, you can! We where just in WDW 2/1-2/5 and used our extra Snack Credits to purchase the made-to-order Mickey Rice Krispie Treats (I think they were selling for about $4.99 each). It was great fun and a good value for a snack credit.
