Any good places to meet Goofy? Character Meals?

He also has a meet and greet near Pirates at MK, he's at the Character spot in Epcot and we have also seen him a lot at the Chase Disney Visa photo spot in Innoventions.

Tusker house is the best place where you meet up with your expectations.

Goofy no longer meets near Pirates in MK. He now meets in the Silly Sideshow in FL.

a couple of sites that cover characters. Kenny the Pirate's is one of the better ones. He even has an app for Android devices for characters. (I have not tried it. Here is what his site shows for Goofy.
