Goofy with pirate ears?

Does anyone have something with goofy with pirate ears? My almost 87 year old father has the pirate goofy hat with ears he loves to wear...He is going with us on our first cruise and I would love a design for him...maybe something to poke fun at his age...like when you're my age its ok to act goofy..or something ..he's in great shape..walks all the parks...treadmill 45 min day..went snow tubing this year...he acts like a kid..
