Not sure if this has been posted or not but I read a few posts where people were talking about the best way to do it.:
Training for the Goofy--back to back runs are featured in the brand new Runner's World magazine.
DH has done the Goofy many times & I am not sure what his opinion of the article is but I thought it was a good topic for them to cover.
He's decided not to do it this year as he doesn't like getting up at 3:00a.m. 2 days in a row of his vacation.
Good luck to those who are doing it though!!
