Goofy record from back of cerial box

I have an old record which came on the back of a cerial box. I do not remember the name of the cerial, but it was in the mid 50's. It is a 78 RPM a little smaller than a 45. It is made of a clear recording material over cardboard (cerial box back). The title of the Record is Goffy, Fire Fighting Fellow. Does any one know if this is a collectable item. If so, where would I find a value. I have been all over the internet but am not searching in the right places.
