Goofy’s Kitchen

My daughter wants to go to Goofy’s Kitchen for her birthday dinner, but only if the buffet is back. Can someone give me an update on that? I’d also love to know if characters come to the table and the price. Different blogs say different things on all these points.

It is a buffet, and characters do not stop at tables, just dance around.
