Can someone tell me what comes in these? Is it just the usual 9,000 pieces of paper with info about other races? Or is there specialty Disney stuff in it?

Mostly just the 9000 pieces of paper. Also some Clif products (Shot Blocks the last couple years) and a mini Sharpie or two, as well as a few other samples that were so exciting that I can't remember them now.

In the both the races I have run, there really wasn't anything that I was overly excited about. I did like the sample of the eye drops - they are excellent and they have the disposable cameras. I can't remember the last time I used one. I just ended up giving them away. The real prize is when you finish.

2010 was the only year for the camera. I am not expecting that to happen again.

One other thing is usually the trail packet of BioFreeze

You're right! I used mine to hold my knee together in the Rock n Roll Seattle half marathon in June.

Reason #37 why I do not recommend the 8 months pregnant half, if anyone was wondering.

Frankly I find the Disney goodie bags similar to those at other races 9000+ pieces of junk flyeers for future races, local newspaper, latest wonder drug, etc along with a few small samples of products that I would never pay real money to actually buy.

The bag itself last year was a nice step up from the typical plastic bag. I wonder if they'll have those again this time.

forgot about that... wore mine across the face like war paint. worked well as a balaclava.
