Agreed with the previous posters.
Goodings is a tourist trap. We found that some items were even more expensive than at our Disney Resort.
It really depends on what you need (Goodings has a limited selection of items anyway)
If you intend on going on foot, I doubt you will buy much, so the Hess station (or even the 7-eleven at Crossroads) *could* do the trick (even your disney hotel)
and if you have a larger set of items to buy, you could always have a look at Garden Grocers for resort delivery. Even with the delivery fees, it could end up being cheaper than Goodings without the need for a long hike in the Florida Heat.
Door to door from World of Disney (DTD) to Goodings, it's a good 1.4 miles (2400 yards). With the average speed of a casual walker, that's 30 minutes one way.
For the same time and money, you could even get a cab and shop at
walmart down the road on 535 ...
