Goodies, walking & Weight Gain

I just came back and was surprised that I didnt gain or lose a thing after all I ate there. All the walking is very good and sometimes you don't realize how much you walked becasue your so into everything around you. I ate healthy at some places then splurged at others (how can you not help it). And I had to have a Mickey Bar a day they were soooo good. As one poster said it depends on the individual.
 
I usually lose weight because i'm too cheap to pay money for three meals a day. Pop tart for breakfast, late shared lunch with my daughter and usually dinner out. And lots of walking.
 
2ndstar to the right, Thanks for the info. My DH actually wants to try Coronado Springs this trip, so knowing there is a walkway like at CBR, I'll probably agree to it! The walkway at CBR is just a mile, I think, so they'd be about the same. I am so excited, I can't wait!!!! :hyper: Thanks again!:tongue:
 
I'm from the Northeast and we've had an incredibly cold winter and lately a wet spring. Add to that, I'm not an especially athletic person.

My DH and I will be visiting DW in May. So I started a walking program not so much because of my weight but to build up stamina. ::yes::

So far, to my surprise my DH has been walking with me .:bounce:

With a little self-discipline I won't feel exhausted after we get to the hotels from the parks.
 

Vivianne, where in the Northeast are you from? I'm from CT, so I know just what you mean about the COLD winter and WET spring!! Just came back from my nightly mile walk. Working up to three miles so I can be in a little better shape when we go in September!!!
