What kinds of goodies do you buy for your kids for Disney to give them while there. My boys are 7,5, & 3. Any suggestions on what to get?

Also what other misc. things are must have that I might overlook. Like sharpies and ziplock bags etc.

When mine were younger I went online and found MM light up toys (wands, spinning MM icon balls) to give them for the parades/fireworks. They are expensive at MK and I think I bought them for less than $5.00 each.

Do you know where I would look for the spinners. I was thinking glow wands and necklaces but I think they would love the spinners.

I ordered them about 5 years ago. I tried to google and find them,but wasn't able to. There were several different websites with light up spinners, just not MM. Sorry!

Check the disney store. They usually have the spinners and it will cost less there than at the park itself. If you have a car or time, you can check the Wal-Mart or other such store near WDW and they should have a selection. I noticed them at the Wal-Mart near DLR so likely the same there.

Other stuff:
* stickers
* beach towels
* new swim suit/trunks
* flip-flops
* googles or pool toys
(uh, all swim related stuff is presuming you intend to go swimming or the weather will be conducive to swimming when you go)
* food! gummies, mickey pretzels, etc.
* watch your local dollar bins for things like pens, notepads, lip balm, socks, etc. Ours at Target usually has some Disney things pop up from time to time
* books -- you can do easy readers for your two eldest
* disney toothbrushes
* bandaids

Stuff to make sure you have:
* meds -- tylenol, ibuprofen, benadryl for any weird allergic reaction, cold meds, tums, immodium, polysporin, etc. -- for the kids AND you. You want to predict if you are prone to things and bring meds accordingly.
* ziploc bags in varying sizes
* reuseable soft fabric (nylon) tote bags -- think envirosax. I carried those with us and they were quite handy
* sunscreen! someone on the DLR board suggested this powder version and that was perfect to cart through the parks. http://www.amazon.com/Colorescience...d=1388877170&sr=8-3&keywords=powder+sunscreen I will warn you to be careful as you may not want the white (it'll show on dark hair if you do the part (good idea)) and the color will stain a t-shirt collar so apply BEFORE you put on the shirt or just make sure you keep clear of the fabric.
* lots of socks
* blister bandaids, etc.
* sunglasses, hats
* small towel/washcloth
* lotion! you forget how chapped your hands can get with the industrial soap there.
* hand sanitizer -- I got a cute carrier and some scented (balsalm fir) from bath & bodyworks and the kids were often asking to use it. Nice.
* camera and extra memory cards -- charger for the camera too
* kleenex! go ahead and grab more travel kleenex. We ended up going through my stash in 4 days!

Hand held Mini fans! They had character ones at Target or generic at Walmart. They worked better at cooling than the misting fans.
