Goodbye Mypoints??

Is anyone able to access www.mypoints.com? I can't even seem to look at the home page today and yesterday i couldn't either. What's going on - is it really that the bankruptcy has hit (cuz really it's been a while that the rumours have been going on.)

I really want my olive garden gc's!!!!
 
I haven't had any problems getting into their site, but I can't reach them by phone!!
 
I haven't had any trouble getting to the site, and I've actually gotten a few (3-4?) 5-point emails today. Of course my point total hasn't been updated since Friday.
 

I've had no problem accessing the site and my points totals for bonus emails have been updating. I'm not sure why you cannot get in lilsonicfan.
 
I am still getting emails, but haven't been able to get in since last night (my emails don't connect either). What's really weird is that I can't acess United's website either. I would hate to think it's my browsers (I've tried on Netscape and Exploder), or that I am on a Mac...usually don't have any problems.
 
No problems here, and I have also been receiving e-mails.
 
Same problem here... even received an email this morning, but it wouldn't connect
 
I haven't been able to bring the site up, either. Also, they have not responded to the e-mail I sent them about a week ago asking why they have not credited my December shopping points. In my experience, that is pretty unusual for MyPoints. They have always responded promptly when I have had a problem in the past.

I cashed out for a webbie around the 1st of Jan. and received it within a couple of weeks. I am still getting e-mails also and they have been connecting, but I haven't checked to see if I have any today.

Hope this is just a technical problem or something. I would hate to lose MyPoints, it's been a great program.
 
i was curious to see again if i could get into the site. so i just typed mypoints.com in my browser and clicked.... i had NO problem bringing up the site! i wonder why some of you can't get in..... very strange. also, i ordered and received a webcertificate from mypoints about 2 weeks ago and got it in a couple of days, so i for one am not too worried. :-)
 
I'm getting Bonus Mails, but they aren't connecting. I also can't get into the site.
 
I had written to them early last week about not getting credit for December purchases. I finally received a reply last night stating that my points would be updated. It sounds like they are having some problems, but they're still there. Maybe the laid off some people and are just understaffed??
 
I haven't been able to get in all morning, but just now was able to get into the site, but could not access my account statement. It gave me an error message. Looks like they're having technical problems, hopefully they'll be fully functional later.
 
I just got an email saying my GC's were on there way.
 
jdads2, can I ask when you redeemed? I cashed in on Jan 29 and when I checked the status at the site the other day it said "Shipped" but I haven't received any emails regarding the certificate.

Belle, Are you waiting for a Webcertificate? My cashout in December took nearly 3 weeks.
