Good Windsor Hills Condos/Townhouse?

DH and I are thinking of renting a 3 bedroom condo at Windsor Hills. Anyone have a recommendations for a good one? Dh really wants a top floor so we won't have noise above us (kids are light sleepers) I'm hoping for something with some Disney flair! I'm not opposed to upgrading to a townhouse.

I've never rented before and I feel a little nervous about getting a good and responsible owner.

I have been looking at WH too and have posted questions recently. The one thing I found out that I didnt realize is that if you get a townhome, you can park right out front. If you have a condo you dont. If you have little ones, that is a big perk. We are going for a townhome if we go this route.
