Yes, the buffet is after the show and fireworks. You can eat dinner and then have the buffet later, if you wish.

So that works then. We hit Palo when the kids are eating with the grandparents, and then after Palo we all go the party. Right? Does that work? We have early dining.

I am guessing you are on a West coast itinerary, so i haven't seen many of those specific themed menus but I liked the ones they did for the Med, and i like the Captain's gala, formal night etc. Pirate night has to also be my least favorite.
