i would turn it down. as for grey mansion, jacket is probably the least wanted part of it, and sparrow pants aren't that valuable compared to the rest of sparrow, and the rockets aren't worth much at all. but that is my personal opinion, and i think that the main thing is that minnie is in alot of demand, so it wouldn't be as easy to turn around and trade those items away, even if it is fair.
