Good time for dinner at Wolf gang Puck express at DD??

We are coming down for a short trip in September and have the free dining package.
We plan to rent a car and spend one day at Sea World since I won 4 free passes... Anyway when we get back to POR we want to take the boat to DD and eat at Wolf Gang puck express using a counter service credit.

When is a good time??? If we go after 7:30-8:00 pm???? How busy is that place???? It just seems like a great choice for a counter service credit and we can take the boat ride.

I figure 9 am to 5 pm will be plenty of time at Sea World when we go...So we should have the whole evening to do whatever we want...

My wife and I ate there 2 times on our 8 night trip. Our last time was on Tuesday night May 22nd at 7:30 p.m. When we first walked by the line was out the door. We shopped about 30 minutes and went back. Only one person in line at that time. Lines can be long at anytime but they do move quickly since it is for ordering only. After you order food you get a plastic number and sit at table and they bring food to you when cooked. If you see someone waiting outside in line, know that there is maybe 4 or 5 inside in line at most. Great pizzas and sandwiches. Try Spicy Chicken Pizza.

I LOVE Wolfgang Puck Express!! The food there is soo good! We went once for lunch in April and it was pretty busy, but I recommend just waiting b/c the food is more than worth it! Good luck.
