Good Socks?

Wrapping things up and had a silly question about socks.

I've seen post referring to what the best socks would be..
Something about absorbing sweat ??

any advice on this, brands and stores that carry them.

If you look for 'wicking' socks, they should draw the moisture away from your feet and reduce the rubbing on the skin that can cause blisters plus keep your feet cooler.

I used to go for thick and cushy socks but in the long run they just made my feet hotter. Now I go for lightweight socks that are thin and slide in my shoes instead of against my feet.

Avoid cotton. I wear the same socks I wear running.

Since last year my go to socks have been No Nonsense Ahh Said the Foot cushioned socks. I prefer the now show style but they come in quarter & crew lengths as well. They are perforated to let your feet breathe and are made of a cotton/ nylon combination. I have purchased them at the grocery store and they are also available at Walmart and Amazon.

I'm a fan of the No Nonsense brand when I'm at Disney too. My feet don't get too hot/sweaty, I cant feel that odd seam in the toe, and they seem to come in infinite lengths, styles, and types.
