We want some good seafood (not narcoosees too $) and were thinking of Fultons! but I wasnt sure what the reviews for fulton's were....any ideas for seafood or fultons reviews???
Fulton's is good -- better than Narcoossee's, I think. But I don't think that the price difference between it and Narcoossee's is all that much, if that's what's making your decision. Have you considered the Coral Reef? We've been to the Coral Reef more than any other Disney restaurant, aside from maybe Jiko. We always order seafood dishes and always enjoy them very much.
Fulton's is definitely not less $$$ than Narcoossee's, but how about Cape May Clambake at the Beach Club or Captain's Grille at the Yacht Club? Also, the Malaysian Seafood Curry at Yak and Yeti in Animal Kingdom is AWESOME.
Oddly enough, being from New England I don't like seafood EXCEPT for something like baked Haddock. But I can't find Cod or Haddock anywhere on any WDW menu. Has anyone seen anything like that that I may've missed?

Not quite sure what you put in the category of "like baked haddock", but California Grill, bluezoo and Flyihg Fish almost always have at least one firm-fleshed fish in the menu, such as halibut and/or grouper. Probably not haddock or cod, as those are not usually considered "luxury" menu items. I'm not dissing the fish. I like Cod and Haddock too. It's just that restaurants need to charge $20+ for an entree to survive, and not many people will pay $20 for cod. Halibut? Yes. Haddock, no. You are more likely to find haddock or cod as fried options such as fish and chips at Rose and Crown or Ragland Road. You can also probably find a baked white fish at the Cape May buffet.
I ate at Fulton's this January for the first time and really liked it. I'd go back again without reservation. We made a meal out of four or five of the appetizers and left full.
