good running path at SOG?

OK - I'll be the first to say that I do not run...not willingly anyway! LOL! Did enough of that in my prior life that included some military duty. But, my dh runs all the time. He is looking forward to running at SOG, but we've never been there before. Is there are good running path?

The grounds at SoG are absolutely gorgeous! He should be able to find plenty of areas to run. My only concerns would be regarding which types of ground he'd rather run on. I think most of the paths are a combination of wooden boardwalk type and concrete sidewalks.
