Any suggestions for good Risotto inany of the parks or hotels????

in december i had a wonderful risotto at alfredo's/italy. not sure if it is always on the menu or the chef's special that night. it was so good i could have licked the plate, but my husband would not allow it!! when i returned home, i searched for a weight watchers recipe and found one very similar to it. yum!!

We love to dine at Palio and have had risotto there on several occassions. There is definetly at least one type on the menu always, but I remember some really outstanding risottos being on the specials list. Palio offers a fine dining experience at the Swan Resort. It is our favorite italian restaurnt on property...and we've tried them all !! Check out the menu on Deb's website. And, if you like asparagus and parmesan, I have a great risotto recipe with those being the two main ingredients.:D

Mama Melrose had portobello mushroom rissotto and it was very yummy!
Connears

I know this isn't Disney, but just in case...

Mythos at Universal's IOA has a risotto of the day on their menu. This restaurant is awesome if you've never been. Excellent food and atmosphere. It is like you're sitting in a cavern. The food is beautifully presented which is almost as important as how it tastes!

I had some sort of lobster something risotto when I was there. Save room for dessert!

I agree with DVC Nut .. the risotto at Mythos is amazing. I've had 2 different ones there. First when they had a risotto of the day it was a chicken breast stuffed with spinache and roasted red pepper on top of risotto surrounded with baby squash in a broth.
the second was a shrimp and rosemary risotto. Both were amazing

However the mushroom risotto at MM is very good

Flying Fish usually has wonderful risotto served with one of their oak-grilled fish entrees. It's the best risotto I've ever had, but Palio's is pretty good too.

Le Cellier has a very good filet and mushroom risotto, I would have been happy without the filet...

Mama Melrose's risotto is wonderful, but doesn't hold a candle to Flying Fish's!!

I have had risotto at Spoodles in the past, but I'm not sure if it was a temporary menu addition or just something the chef wanted to try out.

I agree with the risotto at Flying Fish. I had it with Mahi-Mahi..........oooooooooooooso good!

Citrico's has a couple of risotto dishes.
