Good, quick breakfast in the parks?

We really like the breakfast at Taste Pilots. They are the right size (not too big) and I can get them without meat.

We also like to sometimes grab fruit from one of the carts.

I too am going to say La Brea Bakery just outside the park gates in Downtown Disney. My friend and I went here several times to grab yummy breakfast things to go as we headed back to the park. It was not out of our way and was a good start to our day.

I haven't seen this info anywhere - I am wondering about the Jolly Holiday Bakery and when it opens. The Blue Ribbon Cafe (where we used to get juice and cinnamon rolls) was open on regular mornings (not early-admission days) before the rope drop so we could get a quick bite after being let in to the park but before the rides actually opened. Is it possible to get to the Jolly Holiday prior to rope drop?
