Hi all

Here is a quote - Seems good to me anyone else think its ok?

2 adults,15yr,9yr,3yr old.

05 November 2012, 10 Nights, Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside, 2 double beds and a trundle bed (a small pull out bed) is a total of £970.

To upgrade to the Full dining plan (from the free quick) is a total of £9 per adult an £1 for children under 9, so a total of £290 to upgrade.

Tickets remain the same, 14 day Ultimate tickets is £1105 (3 adults and 2 children)

7 nights, Double Tree Seaworld, one room, £315 (there may be a charge for the roll away bed in the room at Doubletree as the room is 2 double beds and this would be paid locally direct to the hotel (appox $10 per night)

Total price is £2680.

Worth booking? Also Universal tickets, we will want to go to Universal and Wet and Wild but only for 3 or 4 days, is it worth buying tickets in Orlando instead of buying 14 day ones here?

Thanks for the help..

My opinion would be consider staying at POR the whole trip and take advantage of the free DDP while its there, it might not be your next trip.
To stay at POR with upgraded DDP is costing you £126/night, to extend another 7 nights would cost you £882, knock off what the Double tree is going to cost £361 incl rollaway leaves £74/nt for food, can 5 of you eat for that offsite? my opinion would be possible but at a lot lower standard to the DDP meals.

Either way its a good price.

Not bad :D You'll also have to factor in flights for that though.

I almost booked with Disney, 14 nights in saratoga springs resort and spa for 2 adults and 3 children, disney 14 day tickets, free full dining plan and that came to £2692.

In the end I went with a flights and villa package for £3200 and I would have gone insane having to wait for flights to be released! lol

We were just thinking for the easyness og Universal it would be better to stay near it? As we dont drive..

Where did you get £3200 price from?!

Yeah it was including the quidco cashback :D

I think if you stay in a villa you need a car although there were other holidays starting from £3000 for a hotel on the same dates I was searching :D And that's not including any cashback from quicdo (4%)

Of all the different types of holiday I searched for Cosmos/Monarch kept comig up the cheapest. D:

Cosmos the cheapest I can find is £3800 :(

For a hotel?

I searched the other day (dates 11 oct 2012 for 14 nights) and one came up at £3000.

We dnt drive so like u always look at off and on but always book onsite in the end. I would not worry abt flights in november at all. They are still availible now and on the 8 th last week they were£393 without m+m. Did u know you can book a tailor made with CO? We booked flights fkr whole trip and just 5 nights disney accom and tickets free ddp as doing cruise and dvc. Might be worth looking at them .
