Upon arrival at the bell stand in front of the Polynesian, just tell whichever bell staff person assists you that you are concierge guests. They will phone the concierge desk to inquire as to whether or not your room is ready. If so, your luggage and you will be loaded in the golf cart like vehicles and taken to your room. If not, your luggage will be stowed away and you will be driven to the concierge building for check-in.
