Good Place for Ds surprise b-day lunch or dinner?

We will be making our 3rd WDW trip as a family this October. It is going to be a surprise for my ds 8th birthday. We don't plan on telling him until the morning we leave for the airport. What is a great place for a 8 year old boy to celebrate his birthday? We would prefer dinner, but a late lunch would be okay as well.
Any suggestions are welcome!

He would love it however, I don't think it is on the DDP?

I was going to recommend the T Rex cafe as well. But if you are looking for something on the DDP, maybe Chef Mickey's.
