Good place for breakfast in Epcot

I have an ARD at Crystal Palace for breakfast my last day, but am pretty sure I want to go to Epcot instead. What is a good place for B-fast in Epcot? We are going during food and wine so we will spending the morning in FW then heading to WS for the rest of the day. Should we do a sit down place or just grab a small bite some place as I know we will be doing plenty of eating in the afternoon/evening? TYIA.

Both are great options, SunShine seasons has a great CS variety, and we really enjoyed the princess breakfast at Akershus/ ( I should point out we are 2 adults traveling sans princesses!) We found the food good, plentiful, and the fruit and various offering on the buffet very much to our liking. The Eggs, bacon, potatoes etc, are served family style at the table, and they will bring more at your request.

We loved akershus breakfast, went twice same trip but were full all day - not ideal for a snacking day.

We usually grab a FP for Soarin, eat breakfast at Sunshine Seasons. It's about 6.95 for an adult platter, and you can add fruit cups, bakery items, coffee/tea/soft drinks.

I know WS opens later than FW, but the bakeries in France and Norway have yummy things for breakfast if you can hold off until then!

Man it's weird all the little details we think about! Sunshine Seasons would be perfect, but we are headed to TT first! We have done Soarin at DCA so I figure there is no reason to try and fight with the morning rush when we can go the other way! Plus as DBF says "ummm, why would they put that in Florida?" I'll think we'll try it, just after TT!
