I got a good tip from the Budget Board about JT's Sports Bar and Family Restaurant, which is aparantly right on 192 and really tasty.

What other close-to-Disney but off-site restaurants would you recommend? We're staying at a condo in Windsor Palms.
I'm thinking that if it's cheaper, or at least comporable to the $30 we'd spend on CS if we ate in the parks, we can potentially eat somewhere off-site after our afternoon break but before we head into the parks. Or we place a to-go order and one of us brings it back to the condo while the girls are still swimming/resting, and eat before heading back.
We're pretty open to most types of food, so we're open to whatever! Worst comes to worst, we can get drive-thru food for the girls if they won't eat what we want to eat.
