Well I've ordered the Airmiles via Tesco, hope i've done it right, couldn't believe it didn't want my Airmiles account number and actually didn't need as many as I thought, we're with Swalec, so every so often they give me some Airmiles and I hadn't checked my account, all being well I should have enough, but it says they can take upto 28 days to be added.

Once I've got those sorted then a date and ticker will be next on the agenda.

They dont need your airmiles account- they search by postcode as I learnt a few weeks ago. Mine were updated within 4 days so you shouldnt have to wait too long

Checked the Airmiles account today and the vouchers I converted online have cleared
Plus I remembered that I had some leftover Butlins deals so I telpehoned Tesco to ask if I sent them back could they just convert them straight to Airmiles, without having to put them back through the account and then having to wait until end of quarter etc., and she said yes, with a covering letter they will be able to straight swap them, I'm guessing that might take a little bit longer, but if all goes well I have enough Airmiles to book flights as soon as they show. My son's head of year has contacted me to say the only exams on the calendar for March are 3rd and 4th, so it looks like another Birthday weekend trip in March, which just happens to coincide with the Kids Go Free and An extra night free offer.
I'm starting to get the feeling that this trip is meant to be probably jinxed it now I've said that.
