Good news for folks driving I-95 through NC

Heard on news today that our Governor here in NC stopped the potential toll-booths from going up. Thats good news for you folks north of here. Probably one of the best moves our Governor has made since taking office.

That's great jimmytammy. I wonder about the northbound side of the "freeway." Were the tolls to be for only southbound travelers? What about on the return trip?
