Good Neighbor Package ?

Quick Question: If I book a package directly with Disney with tickets & staying at one of the good neighbor hotels, do I get my park tickets when I check-in at that hotel? Or because it's technically not a Disney resort, will I have to pick up my tickets elsewhere - like at Guest Services or something at the park? TIA!

If you book through Disney directly then your tickets will be mailed to you roughly 21 days before your arrival date. They'll be sent via UPS with a live signature required. We had to pick ours up at the office because we weren't ever home when they tried delivery and they wouldn't accept us leaving a signature on the delivery slip.

We have done this on all of our previous trips and Disney sends you your tickets ahead of your trip so you will have them with you when you arrive.

It's interesting about the delivery slip. In October when I received travel documents through Disney, they allowed me to sign the slip indicating they could leave the package at my liability. Maybe it has something to do with having a gated area they were able to lock the package in or something.

But yes, to answer OP, the tickets and any other documents come to your house. You'll also get vouchers for travel company lanyards/pins, one free attraction photo, and some discount coupons for places in DTD. We were happy with it. The only downside was that we could not book rooms with a view or specify the type of room we wanted at booking. For example, we like to stay at HOJO, but in the past I book the hotel separately so we can guarantee our building 1 room with a view. Booking the package was nice as I could pay slowly over a period of about 10 months, but on the other side of that, we ended up in the cheap older rooms with smaller beds.
