Good Neighbor package needed?

This is probably a stupid question but here it is anyway. Is there any way to get early entry (or whatever its called) into the parks by staying at a Good Neighbor hotel but not getting a ticket package?

I'm planning on staying at a GN hotel but using the military tickets. Also, other than the packages Disney offers with GN hotels, is there any benefit to stay at a GN other than location?

Yes, you need a 3 day parkhopper. Read this:

The only way you will get one DL MM staying at a GNH would be to purchase a 3+ day parkhopper. The military tickets will not provide a MM.
Typically the benefits are lower price, location, some offer free breakfast/snacks, etc.

Ok, so even though I'll be buying a 3 day parkhopper, because it's with a military discount there is no MM. Darn. It was worth a shot!

I don't understand why they dont give them MM to me its kinda dumb. Thank you for serving our country and being willing to die for us and thank your family members too.

So you don't need to be in a GN hotel.

I haven't found anything regarding the military. The promotion for $99 3-day hoppers for active duty military doesn't say either way.

Military parkhoppers don 't include magic morning whether its the regular military discount tickets or the armed forces salute unfortunately. My DH is active duty so we have purchased these tickets. The DLR hotels have huge military discounts right now until the end of sept and if you stay at an onsite hotel you 'll get EMH everyday your there.
