Good Neighbor Hotels

Is this a permanent now? In the past I recall it was for a limited time.

Also, I can’t find a list of perks, anywhere. Do you get 60 day fastpasses and EMHs?

GOOD NEIGHBOR Hotels DO NOT get any perks on-property.

These are your Good Neighbor hotels and they are because they have certain standards approved by Disney.

The Official Walt Disney World Hotels are the ones that are not Disney owned but who get perks ... 60 Day FP+ and EMH. They currently get them but no guarantees after 2020.

This would include the Disney Springs hotels, Bonnet Creek Hilton and Waldorf, Swan & Dolphin and Four Seasons.


So if those perks are important to you, make sure you book at one of the Official hotels, not Good Neighbor.

Sadly a large blogger site proclaimed the Good Neighbors were getting these perks, didn't adequately correct themselves (they like click bait) and it took on a life of it's own. Many folks think that they get those perks ... but there are just too many of them to offer.

I just didn't want you to book one and think they did get those perks.
