Good Neighbor Hotels - WD Travel Administrator?

I need to follow-up a safety incident at the Westcoast Anaheim Hotel and would like to send a copy of the letter to an administrator of the Disneyland Good Neighbor Hotel Program. Anyone have a name and an address?

During our stay, someone pulled the fire alarm at 2:30AM. I saw only two employees during this event, neither of whom were assisting guests in evacuating or directing them to safety once they exited the building.
