Good Neighbor hotels booking 60 day fast passes?

Just saw on romor thread that good neighbor hotels are also going to be able to book fast passes at 60 days... if true, I don't like this.. what do you all think?

hope it stays that way unless they allow us to book them 90 days ahead but seems that defeats the purpose
