Good neighbor cancellation policy

Hi all!

Is the cancellation policy for a 'good neighbor' hotel booked on the disneyland site the same as a disney hotel where a $200 deposit is due when booking and then balance paid 30 days prior to arrival OR it can be cancelled before 30 days for a full refund?
Does it vary by hotel? Or are they all the same?
