Spent yesterday shopping all day with my best friends. Today is going to be chores I didnt' get to yesterday and relaxing!

It is only 6:40 am here... so rest of the family is still sleeping. We always have a BIG Sunday breakfast together. I was toying with the idea of pancakes... but settled on Denver Scrambled eggs instead (green & red peppers, onions, ham and sharp cheddar cheese - all scrambled with eggs after they have been sauteed in butter) YUM!

Pancakes sound good, but think I will have my usual grits. Maybe pancakes for lunch.

I had FRENCH TOAST today. My DH had an omelet with Beef sausage, scallions, and Swiss Cheese--it was GOOD too! Yes, we went OUT for breakfast.
