Hi , I am going to WDW with friends we are going to have to split up and I am wondering if this is a good meeting spot
8 am checking out of Hilton
2 adult going from Hilton to swan to check in .. 1 adult and 4 kids bussing from Swan to Mk . after checking in 2 adults bus to Mk ( from swan ) to me the one w/ 4 kids ( none are even hers she is just a doll! for watching them while we check in ) I suggest the flag pole in the center of main street - What do you all think ?

thanks Michelle

How about the Partners statue in front of the castle. There is plenty of seating surrounding it.

Hi Kevin, I am not sure I know where that is - probaly breezed by it several time just never noticed ! Is it right straight in front ??
Thanks Michelle

why not by the expo hall near the Goofy statues, the other 2 area quite a busy area to meet in my opinion! In MK I usually meet my parents here at Expo hall on gthe porch area as there are seats that you can sit in and its in the shade!!

When you go in MK and go under the train station its to the right near Tony's restaurant!

If you are into pins too-there are pin seminars here Sunday -wednesday with Scoop at 1pm !! Expo hall is also the location to pick up photos taken in the park by CM's and the Triple A has a guest area there too

My suggestion is to pick a meeting place where there is plenty of air-conditioning. Saying 'Town Square' or 'Flag pole' is fine, but both spots get busy and maybe the distance to the nearest open bench is a bit away.

At Disneyland I usually suggest the exit to the Mr Lincoln Theatre. There are a few benches in there and plenty of A/C.

At the MK, I'd suggest either the Expo hall (or the waiting area for Tony's).

At Epcot FW, I'd suggest the one of the restaurants with a view of the fountain.

At Epcot WS, Les Halle in France

you get the idea.

Thanks for all the Ideas.. we are all meeting up on may 30th to discuss final plans , I will run these all by them .. Michelle

If it is early morning, you may want to go a little further into the park. There are characters out in the AM and there is a lot of congestion in the hub right there with lines and people milling around. If you say like the ice cream parlor or crystal palace, you would still get your benches and be out of the way of the people who are running around trying to get autographs. You are a lot less likely to have a child try to walk away on you as well

I strongly suggest that you meet at the entrance to a ride. There is nothing worse than making 4 kids just stand around waiting for someone to arrive.

I would head to Tomorrowland and meet at the entrance to the Buzz Lightyear ride. As soon as you get there let the kids go on the ride by themselves and you wait at the entrance for the rest of your party. If the kids ride and the rest of your party show up, let the kids ride again... and so on....
