Is the list of 2026 restaurants set at this point or might more be added?

Thanks!

I went into the app to search dining reservations and there was an option to filter by 2026 dining plan for 1 or 2 table service credits. Helped me with my planning!

Many haven’t finished their contracts yet and are still finalizing. It happens every year and more should be added!

A bunch more were added. It looks like the holdouts are the Landry’s ones: T-Rex, Yak & Yeti, and the 2 Rainforest Cafes. I could be missing a few though.

Replying to myself… it looks like the Starbucks locations aren’t onboard yet either.

The year long kids eat free could really hurt them. I would think they are holding out for a higher reimbursement.

That is my thought too, but surely Disney would still compensate them for the kids meal even if it is free on Disney’s end. I have noticed the restaurants not owned by Disney have an actual kids dessert menu while the Disney owned restaurants make a child pick the dessert as 1 of their 2 sides. Seems a little unfair.

Disney negotiates with each menu item how much they will reimburse. If they don't reimburse enough, say on a popular high volume item it reduces their profits. It is supposedly why the ham shank left Gaston's. Disney wouldn't reimburse enough and they sold so many it ended up they couldn't meet their profit projections. So they dropped it from menu. The question is ... because Disney is offering kids dining plan free all year long to everyone ... how much is Disney trying to recoup by lowering reimbursement to restaurants. To a place like T Rex or Rainforest that is very popular with families, that could be a real hit to their profit margins. Now a restaurant can put restrictions on what a DDP guest can order, or they could reduce their kid menu, or negotiate a good reimbursement (which is direct money loss to Disney), or they could not honor DDP. Lots for them to consider and negotiate. Disney's occupancy problem should not be restaurants, especially 3rd parties, problem.
