What are some good eats for lunch at Disneyland and California Adventure? Doesn't have to be fast food, could be a sit down restaurant as well. Do you guys/gals have any favorite places for lunch inside the park? I am looking for two places to have lunch at Disneyland and one place to have lunch at California Adventure. Thanks!

DD loves Pizza Port for lunch in DL; she also loves Blue Bayou. In DCA, I like Taste Pilots and Pacific Wharf Cafe.

We liked Whitewater snacks (at gch), the corn dog place by mullholland madness and in disneyland we liked the riverbelle terrace for lunch :)

We were pleasantly surprised by Pacific Wharf Cafe during our last visit. Their salad was delicious!

We loved the Wine Country Trattoria when we were there last Wednesday.

It's a casual Italian restaurant. Two of us ate very well for about $34.

Another huge vote for Whitewater snacks. It is located right through the DCA entrance to GCH, and since it is off the way it is not super busy - sort of a fast-casual - great food and huge portions, also some premade food and a beer cooler that keeps DH happy :thumbsup2

Oh a little hint about whitewater; if you go through the exit from dca into gch just tell them you're going there to eat & they will let you come back through the same way, so you don't have to go through downtown disney to get there. We got stopped coming through there once and told them we'd just eaten at the lilo & stitch breakfast, I couldn't find the receipt so they let us slide since we were all wearing the breakfast buttons, so it may be a good idea to keep your lunch receipt handy :thumbsup2

Another vote for Whitewater Snacks in DCA. Had the Beef Nachos a couple of weeks ago and found them to be steak nachos - a huge portion - enough for two people to share for lunch. DH had a burger and fries, they were good too. Also saw one of the Ferral cats there too.
We ate at the River Belle Terrace for dinner and it was great! I'm sure the lunch menu is also good. The portions were outstanding!

A vote for Blue Bajou, you should make a reservation and lunch is affordable. Where else can you eat and watch Pirates boats going along. I also agree with Pacific Warf. Great for breakfast or lunch and nice eating outside by the water. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!

My favorite eats...

Carnation Cafe--fresh croissant sandwiches, salads, soups
Blue Bayou--Monte Cristo
Pizza Port--Chicken Fusilli
Pacific Wharf Cafe--Soup in a Sourdough Breadbowl
French Market--French Dip Sandwich
Plaza Inn--Pasta or Chicken Dinner (both are big enough to share)

Pizza port at DL, we used to do the burgers in Tomorrow land (where the Buzz show was located). But we didn't find them very good for the price.

DCA, Taste Pilots! We like the food there.

Were for sure going to be trying Whitewater Snacks, especially since were staying at the GCH, I have a feeling we'll be eating there often! Sounds great!

We stayed at GCH last Dec and ate breakfast at Whitewater snacks almost every morning before heading into the parks. Very convenient and quick so we could get to DL early.

We always go to Blue Bayou for lunch once each trip.

I've never been here and would love detailed directions from CA if possible...maybe a map? I've heard about the special enterance but I've never seen it or come across it??
Any help would be appreciated...I want to do something new this trip :)

When you are going from Soarin' to Grizzly River, the exit to GCH will be on your right. You'll see the stone walls and walkway leading to the turnstiles that exit you into GCH. Turn left after you get on the hotel property and WW will be straight ahead!

As an FYI, I think Blue bayou's lunch prices are now the same as their dinner prices, so don't expect a deal.....

French Market was our absolute favorite last trip. The French Dip was excellent and huge. :woohoo: Ate at Whitewater for breakfast everyday cuz we stayed at the GC. It was also very good and big portions. The bisquit sandwich was almost twice the size of McDonalds!
Really want to try the corn dog on Main Street next time.
Have fun and good eats!popcorn::

DL would be River Belle Terrace, red wagon (corn dogs)

DCA...the bar above ariels grotto...they serve lobster nachos yum!!
