Good Luck to you Pete!!! You will be missed!

Rumor has it that Pete has been hired as an undercover cast member to work in all areas of WDW, clandestinely, and report back to corporate to make them ultimately get their sh*t together. Speculation is that his first job is as Santa in the World Showcase then as Ee-Yore in FantasyLand. (See, I can say this 'cause I'm about the same build as Pete)

(BTW----YOU AINT LEAVING PETE---WE WON'T LET YOU!)

As long as it won be the same....we should probably just stop doing it.

If it's not the same....it cant be any good....right?

You should all listen to Dodie.

She's smart.

I love it when Kevin is feeling froggy! :thumbsup2

Leaving what?

He keeps mentioning things they will be doing next year.

For all you "Office Space" fans out there:

Relax...

Bob passed a week before my trip down to disney. I was afraid that the combination of my trip being over, the long (and understandable) gap before they recorded another show and the loss of some chemistry to the group would end my listening to the podcast. I am thankful to report that I still listen and am more of a fan now than before (mostly because I get the inside jokes).

I have listened to other podcasts, but have found that after a month or 2 I lose intrest and stop listening. I have been listening to this one for over 2 years now... and that still makes me a rookie.

Any mix of chemistry will produce a different product. Sometimes better, sometimes worse, and sometimes just different. The fact that Pete and the team built a podcast that is bigger then "any one man" is a huge achievement. Leaving or not, he/they should be proud of it. :worship:

BTW... I hope I am wrong, and kevin is being pretty clear that I may be. If I am wrong I will find some suitable way to publicly apologize. Fear of the unknown can make otherwise smart people do and say potentially stupid things.

I did notice that slip in last week's show, but I just assumed Pete was going either on vacation or doing what he tried to do awhile back . . . . and that's all I'm gonna say about that. ;)

She also said "we should listen to the podcast before jumping to conclusion".

It seems to me that Pete does not enjoy editing the show or atleast the time it takes....maybe he he delegated more.

You're spreading rumors that are untrue. At least that's what Dodie was suggesting and Kevin agreed and Kevin knows Pete, so......gossip is so fun. :upsidedow

In the words of Buffy, you could say, "I didn't jump to conclusions. I took a tiny little step and there conclusions were." ;)

Maybe the big announcement will be that Pete is sending Kevin to France. I do hope Kevin goes to France at some point very soon.

I don't know...

If you play the Podcast theme music backwards it sounds like,

"Pete is leaving, Pete is leaving..."

Either that or, " I buried Paul", it's all kind of blurry. :hippie:

The podcast team is breaking up.

It's Teresa's fault.

She's the podcast Yoko.

Heard a story once that John Lennon actually signed the official papers that dissolved the group while staying at WDW.

I actually have an original piece of advice....can't believe someone hasn't suggested it yet:

Listen to Dodie....she's smart!
