Good Hotel in Gatlinburg/Piegon Forge??

Check out the Best Western Toni Inn in Pigeon Forge. We have stayed here three times and have had wonderful stays each time. They have Family Rooms that are oversized rooms with 3 Queen beds. There is great Continental breakfast, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and is pretty quiet (but yet located right in the heart of PF). The price might be more in the $120 to $150 range, but I know they offer a AAA discount if you have that. Hope you have a great trip!

This was a really nice hotel and we even got it for $35 a night from Priceline several years ago!!!
We loved the decor, the restaurant, the gift shop, the grounds.
Convenient and yet off the beaten path.
The hay ride in Cades Cove was very nice.

We have also rented a log cabin which is another option.

We always stay at Park Tower Inn in Pigeon Forge. If you are familar with the area, it is behind the TGIFridays. It's a very clean, friendly hotel with larger than average rooms, an indoor pool, hot tub and lazy river, outdoor pool, continental breakfast, frig and microwave in rooms. The room decor is slightly outdated (flowered comforters, brass lighting, etc), but is always clean and well-kept. My biggest thing is how clean/dirty the carpet is and I've never noticed their carpet being dirty. We stayed at a Red Roof Inn downt here once before our son was walking and everytime we picked him up off the floor we had to wash his feet and legs becuase they got dirty from the carpet. I was really grossed out! We've stayed at Park Tower Inn no less than 6 or 7 times (acutally headed down next month) and have never had an issue ever.

I also second the Best Western Toni Inn. Stayed there once a few years ago (before we discovered Park Tower Inn) and it was nice.

Check out the Red Roof Inn in Pigeon Forge. Its centrally located, clean, beautiful indoor heated pool thats open 24 hours, nice breakfast (just nice), wonderfully friendly staff. We are going at the end of March for our third trip to PF and third stay at this hotel. We are staying for 7 nights and the total for the hotel is less than $400 before tax.

I agree with this. We always stay there when not renting a cabin. You can often find rooms mid week there in the $50 range.

We have used air beds to make it work for us when there was a lot of people in the same room. You can get a twin for under $20 and they will fit somewhere in the room. You may have to move a table or whatever, but this works. It really keeps the room rate down; because, you can try many places for the best price.

I will say this there can be safety regulations that prohibit 6 to a room; unless, it's a family suite or the equivalent.

Thanks for all the great replies. Im going now to check on some of the latest suggestions. :thumbsup2
