Thought about our credit union but we will be moving to other state next summer so probably not an option. I do have a capital one, didn't know they had student cards.

Do not let an out of state move influence your local credit union options. We live in GA and still use multiple credit union accounts in VA. If your local credit union seems to have good options, go ahead and use them. All things related to an account can be done with web access, a phone call, or a stamp!
