Good Features of a Disney Bag

I've seen several threads with links about bags that people take to Disney & was wondering, instead, if you could tell me what features you like about them. I'm an avid sewer, so I thought I'd make myself a custom bag! Maybe there are features out there that store-bought bags don't have that I could add to mine?

Waterproof? Messenger-style? Lots of outer/inner pockets? Clear plastic outer zip pouch to hold FPs and KTTW?

ok, here's what i would find useful...

first, the whole thing waterproof (water rides & sudden downpours)

a cell phone outside pocket (very secure and very waterproof), and an outside camera pocket (very secure and very waterproof)

and outside 'ticket' pocket for getting fastpass

inside money/cc pocket

small inside pockets (chapstick, purell, etc).

outside insulated water bottle pocket

I've found I like a messenger style bag better than a backpack (no having to readjust it to sit down on rides, etc)... a fairly thin but very soft/comfy strap.

that's it... i take less and less w/ me in the parks every time I go.

I'd love to see your finished bag when you get the ideas you want! make sure you post it.

I usually bring my Vera Bradley backpack to the parks. I like it's b/c it's roomy for my camera, an extra pair of clothes and socks for each child (3), ponchos if it looks like rain, chapstick, flashlights (small for dark rides) and an outside zipper for tickets. I also carry a ziplock bag for my camera. So waterproof, roomy and extra pockets is what I look for.
