Just back from WDW and want to report our experience with FL Tours. Our party arrived on two seperate flights on two different airlines but we arrived at approximately the same time. I had a plan worked out with Andy in advance where the driver was to meet my friends party and me and mine would walk down there to meet up with them when we arrived.

However, my friends party arrived twenty minutes early, but was showing that they would arrive 10 minutes late on the internet where FL Tours watches the flights. Instead of waiting at the luggage belt, my friend started wandering around to find us. When I arrived to meet them I didn't see anyone, so I went downstairs to see if they were out there waiting. They weren't so I started to panic a bit. We all had to go to the restroom so we stopped to do that when we spotted our other party. We were all relieved to see each other and they said no one was there to meet them. I called and left a message on Andy's cellphone and told him where we were, he called the driver who was there looking for us and he showed up quickly. I was a little ticked off until he showed/explained what happened. It really wasn't the driver's fault at all.

We had 4 little girls ages 7-11 in our party and they all loved the driver who joked and kidding with them asking them if they needed carseats and booster chairs. I regret I don't remember his name but he was from Brazil. He showed "The Lion King" on the van's DVD player for them to watch while my friend and I ran in Publix for our grocery stop.

Andy called the day before we left to confirm everything and the same driver showed up promptly for our return trip. The girls were happy to see the same driver as they had some donuts for him for his breakfast.

Even with the mix up on our arrival, which I repeat was not the driver's fault, it was an excellent experience and I will certainly use FL Tours again on our next trip.

Excellent!

I love to hear about satisfied customers and good experiences. FL. Tours is our favorite transportation company and Andy is one of the nicest guys I know!

Two Thumbs Up for FL. Tours!

3 excellent reviews in 2 days! Hope the good can last until our trip in less than 5 weeks! :)

Our party of 6 had the usual excellent service from FLTours when we went to WDW last month.

I've found that without exception, Andy and his staff are professional, courteous and extremely safe drivers. :D :D :D

We used Florida Tours On Monday June 7th. Micheal was our driver and picked us up at our hotel by the airport to take us to the CBR. He was to pick us up a t 9:00am and was waiting for us when we went down at 8:45. He made a stop at Publix as requested. He is a pleasant man and helped with the luggage. We did a one - way limo transfer for 7 people with grocery stop for $100. The limo was clean and had drinks available but no one wanted anything. I was very please with FL tours and would use them again. Thank You Andy / Micheal

We also had the Brazilian fellow-does anyone know his name?? It's been driving me nuts!

We too had a great experience with FLTOURS. We had four different arrival times with our party, and Andy was there to pick up each and every party on time. I am so glad we chose to use Andy and his company--it was great!!!

mom_rules -- I believe the one you're thinking of is Tony. He is excellent. Would recommend him to anyone.

Thanks, he was a sweetie!! Even though we are all considered "Adults" he put on Nemo for us and even fast forwarded over the sad parts (because it always makes me
tear up).

I'm so glad to learn his name. He was a sweetie! Another thing the girls got a kick out of him about was his belly button showing. He was dressed nicely in black slacks and a clean white starched shirt, hair all groomed and looked good and just neat as a pin. Except the last button of his shirt before it disappeared into his pants was undone and his belly button showed. I know he didn't know it.

When he came to pick us up to take us back to MCO, it was the same way!LOL It's funny because instead of making him look bad it just made him look more human.

We had a towncar and went to the Wilderness Lodge. It was $110 using the coupon from their website. Other resorts that are not considered "Magic Kingdom Resorts" are $100.

It included a stop at the grocery store.

Tony was waiting at the baggage claim and helped with our luggage, loaded it in the car, and loaded the groceries in the car. It was wonderful. When we arrived at the resort, he along with the bell hop unloaded the car and stored the luggage until we finished with check-in.
