Just back from WDW and want to report our experience with FL Tours. Our party arrived on two seperate flights on two different airlines but we arrived at approximately the same time. I had a plan worked out with Andy in advance where the driver was to meet my friends party and me and mine would walk down there to meet up with them when we arrived.
However, my friends party arrived twenty minutes early, but was showing that they would arrive 10 minutes late on the internet where FL Tours watches the flights. Instead of waiting at the luggage belt, my friend started wandering around to find us. When I arrived to meet them I didn't see anyone, so I went downstairs to see if they were out there waiting. They weren't so I started to panic a bit. We all had to go to the restroom so we stopped to do that when we spotted our other party. We were all relieved to see each other and they said no one was there to meet them. I called and left a message on Andy's cellphone and told him where we were, he called the driver who was there looking for us and he showed up quickly. I was a little ticked off until he showed/explained what happened. It really wasn't the driver's fault at all.
We had 4 little girls ages 7-11 in our party and they all loved the driver who joked and kidding with them asking them if they needed carseats and booster chairs. I regret I don't remember his name but he was from Brazil. He showed "The Lion King" on the van's DVD player for them to watch while my friend and I ran in Publix for our grocery stop.
Andy called the day before we left to confirm everything and the same driver showed up promptly for our return trip. The girls were happy to see the same driver as they had some donuts for him for his breakfast.
Even with the mix up on our arrival, which I repeat was not the driver's fault, it was an excellent experience and I will certainly use FL Tours again on our next trip.
